Saint Augustine High School

Founded in 1922, St. Augustine High School is a Catholic, college preparatory secondary school for young men from ninth through twelfth grades. The school has an enrollment of approximately 700 students from the greater San Diego and Tijuana areas with a rich ethnic and racial mix. It is a community of faith where both students and teachers endeavor to experience and extend the values of the gospel taught by Jesus Christ, at school and in the community-at-large.

As a private school, staffed by both religious and lay teachers and staff, Saints needed to offer benefits comparable to those offered by public school districts with publicly funded budgets. Without a dedicated HR staff, Saints needed benefits expertise in all areas of employee benefits.
